Indhold
1. Teori
- Anatomi og fysiologi: Detaljeret gennemgang af rygsøjlen, herunder muskler, led og nerver.
- Typiske problematikker: Spændingsrelaterede smerter, dårlig holdning, diskusprolaps, og facetledssyndrom.
- Kontraindikationer: Hvornår behandling ikke bør udføres, og hvordan man håndterer klienter med alvorlige tilstande.
- Smerteforståelse: Hvordan smerter opstår og vedligeholdes i columnaområdet.
2. Praktiske færdigheder
- Triggerpunktbehandling: Fokus på muskelknuder i ryg og nakke.
